Contact and scope

This notice describes ImportWorkspace. For support, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of a waitlist request, email admin@aimasterz.com. ImportWorkspace is an independent tool, not a government agency or customs broker.

Calculations stay on your device

Shipment calculations and uploaded catalog CSVs are processed in your browser. Saved scenarios and watchlists use browser-local storage, not an account or cloud backup. Clear this site’s browser data to remove local records. Using HTS lookup sends the lookup term to the USITC service.

Information you choose to send

Feedback includes your message, optional reply email, page path and browser user-agent. Waitlist signup stores your email, requested update category and consent. Reviews store your chosen public name, rating and comment; only approved reviews are published. Do not submit confidential shipment records, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Optional measurement

Product analytics are off until you opt in, and are disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track. Opted-in events record the tool, action and a random per-tab session identifier—not shipment values, HTS codes, CSV contents or contact details. You can withdraw consent using Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops further events; for removal of existing events contact us with the session ID if available. We do not use advertising trackers.

Retention and security

Analytics events are retained for up to 90 days, waitlist records for 180 days and feedback for 365 days. Scheduled daily cleanup may add approximately one day; service failures can delay deletion and require operator intervention. Published reviews remain until removed or a deletion request is fulfilled. Abuse prevention uses a daily-rotating HMAC of network address, not a raw IP in the application table; buckets expire after 24 hours and are removed by daily cleanup. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational logs under their own policies.

Hosting and service providers

Vercel serves the website and API; Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL stores submitted records in a restricted application schema. Official-source monitoring collects public government documents only. No shipment or submitted personal data is sent to an AI provider by this version. Payment features are not enabled. Service providers may process data internationally.

Optional accounts

Guest tools remain available without signing in. Optional accounts use a shared AImasterz identity in Supabase Auth, a secure HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to 15 minutes, and a separate product membership in Supabase. Joining ImportWorkspace does not upload your scenarios, shipment files or watchlist. Sign-in pages do not load analytics. This release supports existing-account sign-in; signup, password recovery, cloud saving and paid plans are not enabled here. Contact admin@aimasterz.com for account-data requests; deletion of a shared identity can affect other products.

Your choices

You can use the tools without analytics consent or an email address. Waitlist signup is voluntary and does not activate automatic tariff alerts. Contact the support address above to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal. We may need information sufficient to identify your own submission before acting. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary secure verification process is agreed.
